The Recreation Hall (Bldg. 2) at the NM Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is offering veteran’s registered with the VA an all abilities Yoga class. All equipment is provided and veterans do not have to be able to get on the floor to participate. Our class is geared to both floor work and in chairs.
Classes happen every Monday expect for holidays 10:30-noon.
